Yatri Motorcycles, the official brain behind the operation, is fixing to demo the primary Nepali-made electric motorcycle on April 23, 2021. The event will showcase the 2 Yatri products: Project Zero (P0) and Project One (P1). With the demo day being just a couple of days away, we’ve gotten our hands on the detailed specification sheet. Yatri Project Zero Overview
Design
Yatri Motorcycle is completely different, imaginative and original. It inspired by the “Elegance in Motion” philosophy, Project Zero features a restaurant racer design topped off with a futuristic feel alongside modern elements. Mixed with carbon fiber on top of the steel chassis, the upcoming electric two-wheeler are going to be the primary iteration of their goal to reinvent urban mobility. This is modern art, just a couple of days far away from being a masterpiece! The overall design is actually one among its kind, featuring clean and modern design lines.
Performance
Yatri’s Project Zero promises never-before-heard performance for a motorcycle of its kind. P0 is powered by an electrical powertrain with high performance at low operating costs. It will generate a maximum torque of 120Nm at the shaft (650Nm at wheel) and a maximum power of 64HP (48kW). The performance of P0 in real world is 0-60Kmph under 2.5 seconds. The weight of P0 is 190Kg Ker weight. Despite that big weight, P0 can claim some truly amazing powertrain figures!

The range capacity is 230Km with 8.0 kWh battery power. Moreover, the 3.3 kW onboard charger does a full charge in only 2 hours! The Yatri team has improved its power output as compared to its initial reveal last year. The initial promised was 40 HP power. Nonetheless, it’s still a powerful feat to tug off during a year!

Yatri Project Zero Price in Nepal and Availability
Project Zero are going to be a premium offering at a premium price. As for the pricing, Project Zero (P0) price in Nepal are going to be announced in time. Alongside the P0 pricing, Yatri Motorcycles also will reveal spec details of the recently teased Project One, which is an electrical off-roader.
Talking about the supply, Project Zero are going to be available for bookings after April 23. Interested individuals are going to be ready to place an order or make touch-less down-payment.
