Overview
The much-awaited NTorq variant from TVS has been launched by Jagadamba Motors, the authorized distributor of TVS scooters in Nepal. This new variant, called the TVS NTorq XP, boasts segment-leading power and a range of unique features that make it stand out.The TVS NTorq XP will be positioned higher than the current TVS NTorq 125 FI in terms of both performance and pricing. Despite showcasing sportier graphical updates, the overall design of the TVS NTorq XP remains unaltered. Notably, the fresh updates encompass three-tone racing-inspired colors, Ride Modes, and Voice Assist.

The TVS NTorq XP adheres to the same styling guidelines as its former models. Its front section retains the T-shaped LED DRL and quad-LED headlights. Drawing inspiration from stealth aircraft design, the TVS NTorq XP incorporates features such as a checkered flag pattern, faux carbon fiber finish, and sporty graphics. It also boasts a glossy finish, red-colored alloy wheels, and a unique three-tone color scheme that blends red, black, and silver.
Performance
The TVS NTorq is equipped with a 124.79cc, 4-stroke, 3-valve, air-cooled fuel-injected engine capable of producing a maximum power of 10.2PS at 7000 rpm and a maximum torque of 10.8 Nm at 5500 rpm. It is also paired with an automatic centrifugal clutch and features a 5.8-liter fuel tank capacity. The TVS NTorq 125 XP now produces an additional 1.3PS of power and 0.3Nm of torque compared to its previous version, potentially restoring the lively performance reminiscent of the older carburetor engine. Additionally, the NTorq XP will come equipped with added features such as Voice Assist and Riding Modes.
Dimensions and suspension
The front suspension of the TVS NTorq Race XP comprises telescopic forks, while the rear suspension is equipped with a coil spring. It is equipped with a disc/drum braking system that incorporates Sync Braking Technology. The scooter measures 1861 mm in length, 710mm in width, and 1163 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 1285 mm. The ground clearance of the NTorq XP is 155 mm, and it has a kerb weight of 116 kg.Moreover, the NTorq XP comes standard with a 20-liter under-seat storage compartment, USB charging, and a boot light.
Top-speed and Mileage
The TVS NTorq 125 XP is capable of achieving a top speed of around 90 kmph. The scooter also boasts mileage of 56.23 kmpl according to ARAI.
Pricing
The TVS NTorq 125 XP is priced at Rs. 3,15,900 in Nepal, and it will be added to the existing lineup of TVS NTorq 125 variants. With a price increase of about Rs. 10,000 compared to the previous NTorq RTFI, the NTorq XP will be positioned as a premium offering.
