One of the popular two-wheeler manufacturer Bajaj has recently launched a new bike for the NS series called the NS200 Fi with ABS. The new Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 Fi ABS can be said as the successor to the pulsar RS 200 and compares fairly with the pulsar RS 200.
Bajaj introduced the Pulsar NS200 in 2012 and while the motorcycle wasn’t really set the sales chart on fire then, it had been contributing steady numbers for the manufacturer. After the refresh, Bajaj Pulsar NS200 went up against the TVS Apache RTR 200 Fi ABS and the newly launched Yamaha FZ25. Bajaj is also rumored to shifting to single-channel ABS on all its products.
Description
Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 Fi ABS, as the name indicates, it gets a fuel-injected 200cc triple spark engine that makes the same 23.5PS/18.3Nm. There is a 6-speed gear transmission for the engine in the NS200 Fi ABS. Bajaj has also decided to include a single-channel ABS to the NS200 Fi and also an ABS sensor in the front of the wheel. For decorations, stickers are also added in the bike in the area such as on the front mudguard, on the tank and blue rim tapes on both wheels.
Along with the introduction of the 2017 laser-edge Pulsars, the Pulsar NS200 also got new graphics and a BS-IV compliant engine.
Launch and Pricing
Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 Fi ABS was long-awaited and was recently launched this year (2019) in New Delhi, India. The Bajaj Pulsar NS200 Fi ABS costs around Rs. 1,09,000 in India as of its launch date. The price of this bike costs slightly higher than a regular NS200 i.e., it costs around Rs.12,766 more (i.e. it costs Rs. 3,54,900 in Nepal).
